This event was organized by Natureparif (Regional agency for nature and biodiversity in Île de France). The purpose was to explain the importance of the biodiversity, to develop strategies, getting interlocutors to act and to establish a list of selling points of conviction for people whom responsibility is biodiversity in organizations but also in companies. This event met around 450 people.
What’s Natureparif?
Set by the will of Île de France area and the state, Natureparif is an association which has as purpose to put the management of an observation system on ecosystems and their evolution in terms of biodiversity, natural and geological resources, natural patrimony and climatic conditions impact, for the whole Île de France aera. It represents an analysis and consistent tool to become clear for politics on the different thematic.
According to the occasion of the worldwide year on Biodiversity, Natureparif regional agency for Nature and biodiversity in Île de France and the French committee of UICN met each other to organize this seminar meant to elected people to the employees of local communities and to the environment “practitioners” on this theme : “biodiversity and Politics : How to convince, how to act, how to valorize our actions.
