Taking advantage of educational activities offered by Aquasplash children of the Papetoai school, 9 babies reached the big blue from the beach of Tahiamanu Moorea.
Born three months ago on Moorea, they were, until now, too weak to join the wild (37 fitter turtles had already been released on November 27 by a 5th grade class of Paopao on the northern tip of the Fare One motu of Moorea). After some playful information was provided to 57 MS children of Papetoai on the life cycle of sea turtles, the babies were released by volunteers and members. Remember that the Sea Turle Clinc is state apporved by the Direction of the environment in French Polynesia.
