Since this project was launched in 2008, te mana o te moana has been an active partner for several consecutive years.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Creator of the program and in charge of its coordination, <strong>Acroporis<\/strong> non-profit foundation is very involved in ocean-related issues and very active in raising children awareness. Acroporis collaborates with scientists and specialists, and is an associate member of the <a title=\"Partners\" href=\"http:\/\/www.temanaotemoana.com\/about-us\/partners\/\">World Ocean Network<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The classes involved in the project study all year long a theme related to ocean preservation. <strong>Local partners (NGOs or non-profit foundations) act as intermediaries between Acroporis and the classes<\/strong>. Their knowledge of local natural and social environment as well as logistics aspects is very helpful.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.temanaotemoana.com\/education\/projets-%c3%a9ducatifs-et-partenariats\/attachment\/olympus-digital-camera-39\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5760\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.temanaotemoana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/PA210038-284x213.jpg\" width=\"227\" height=\"170\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the school year 2010, for example, a Second Grade class from the school of Papetoai, Moorea, was in relation with a Second Grade class from a school in Nice, France, to share information <strong>with the help of te mana o te moana<\/strong>.
