Thanks to the efforts of many volunteers, this turtle called Apetahi, in reference to \u00a0the endemic flower, symbol of Raiatea that is also endangered of extinction), has been brought back over to the Sea turtle Clinic of Moorea really fast.<br \/>\nApetahi weights 86 cm for 60kg, she was wounded on the top of the head by spire gun. She&#8217;s now feeling better and has been placed into the rehabilitation lagoon after a week in intensive care.
