During the conference, our Founder and Executive Director, C\u00e9cile Gaspar was able to present the actions carried out thanks to this support and in particular the UNIVAIRMER Passport, the Coral Clinic and the MANA HONU Project against plastic pollution.\u00a0More than 300 guests and collaborators were present, including representatives of Air Tahiti Nui whom we would like to thank again for their support.<\/p>\n

C\u00e9cile focused on TRUE sustainable tourism with examples of actions to take before choosing your destination, hotel, activities and always having a focus on the environmental impact of your choice.<\/p>\n
The Pacific Beachcomber group’s examples were highlighted, with the seawater depth air conditioning system, the creation of Green teams, the elimination of single-use plastics and the development of Green tours with trained naturalist guides<\/p>\n
This year, the selected speaker was none other than Jean-Francois Clervoy, French astronaut and patron of Te mana o te moana.<\/p>\n
