Since last November, the Te mana o te moana teams have been visiting Polynesian students in order to distribute ecological flasks and carry out educational workshops on eco-friendly habits to adopt to limit the damages of plastic pollution.<\/p>\nSince last November, the Te mana o te moana teams have been visiting Polynesian students in order to distribute ecological flasks and carry out educational workshops on eco-friendly habits to adopt to limit the damages of plastic pollution.<\/p>\n
To date, more than 2,090 children have received a flask as a gift and have benefited from an educational workshop in class!
\nChildren and teachers welcome this project with great enthusiasm and use their water bottles with pride.<\/p>\n
At the end of this Project, 3,200 gourdes will have been distributed in schools in Tahiti and Moorea.<\/p>\n

At the same time, a major competition for the creation of work-of-arts is organized so that children can work on a theme related to environmental protection and present their productions. This competition will close with a prize-giving ceremony on World Oceans Day on June 8, 2021.
