Thursday August 31st, 2023, we had the great pleasure of celebrating the \ud835\ude4a\ud835\ude5b\ud835\ude5b\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude61 \ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude5c\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude63 of Te mana o te moana new premises located in Faa’a within the Intercontinental Tahiti Resort – Tahiti, French Polynesia hotel in the presence of \ud835\ude48\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude68.\ud835\ude51\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude5a \ud835\ude4b\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude59\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude69 \ud835\ude40\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude5a \ud835\ude4f\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude6b\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude5d\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude56, who cut the symbolic wreath of our new Educational fare named \ud835\ude41\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5a \ud835\ude5d\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude6a.<\/p>\n

We also had the honor of welcoming the Agriculture and Marine Resources Minister, in charge of Food and Research Mr. Taivini Teai, Education Minister Representatives Mr. Rony Teriipaia and the DGEE Director, the Direction of the Environment of French Polynesia, the French Polynesia Research Delegation, Mr. Robert Maker, from the Municipality of Faa’a as well as the Vice-Rector and the Territorial Delegate for Research and Technology.<\/p>\n

After the \ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude5c\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude61 \ud835\ude6c\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude62\ud835\ude5a \ud835\ude68\ud835\ude65\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude5d made by \ud835\ude48\ud835\ude67. \ud835\ude4d\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude5d\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude59 \ud835\ude3d\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude6e, co-founder and President of Te mana o te moana, our \ud835\ude63\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude6c \ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude62 introduced itself to the guests. A \ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude65\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude6b\ud835\ude5a was then made by Dr. \ud835\ude3f\ud835\ude67 \ud835\ude3e\u00e9\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude5a \ud835\ude42\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude65\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67, co-founder and director of strategy, before discussing some of the association’s \ud835\ude63\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude6c \ud835\ude65\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude5f\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude68 as part of its deployment on the island of Tahiti.<\/p>\n

In addition to members of our \ud835\ude3d\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude59 \ud835\ude64\ud835\ude5b \ud835\ude3f\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude68, many of our \ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude61 \ud835\ude56\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude59 \ud835\ude65\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude6b\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5a \ud835\ude65\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude68 were present: the Pacific Beachcomber Group<\/a>, Tahiti InterContinental Resort and Spa<\/a>, Tetiaroa Society<\/a>, the University of French Polynesia (UPF)<\/a>, the Insulary Resarch Center and Environmental Observatory (CRIOBE)<\/a>, the French Office for Biodiversity (OFB)<\/a>, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN)<\/a>, the Federation of Environmental Protection Associations (FAPE)<\/a>, Tahiti Tourism<\/a>, the Maritime Cluster<\/a>, the EPER Club<\/a>, Fenua ma<\/a>, the City, Youth and Sports Ministry in charge of associations<\/a>, Air Tahiti Nui<\/a>, Air Tahiti<\/a>, Air Tetiaroa<\/a>, EDT<\/a>, Polyn\u00e9sienne des eaux<\/a>, Hinerava<\/a>, Polyn\u00e9sie Voyages<\/a>, The Brando<\/a> and RIGEL SAS, Ofina, Top Dive<\/a> and Pew<\/a> amongst others.<\/p>\n

The inauguration allowed guests to visit the Tahiti \ud835\ude4e\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude56 \ud835\ude69\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude5a \ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude5d\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude57\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude63 \ud835\ude58\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude67 set up in June 2023 and to discover our current residents, the dedicated \ud835\ude58\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5a \ud835\ude67\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude62, our \ud835\ude64\ud835\ude5b\ud835\ude5b\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude68 and \ud835\ude65\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude57\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude58 \ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude65\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude63 \ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude68 as well as the \ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude59\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude61 \ud835\ude5b\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5a in which our educational programs, training sessions, and more broadly exchanges with other environmental associations and actions for the integration of young people take place.<\/p>\n

A<\/span>\u00a0huge thank you to \ud835\ude48\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude5a and \ud835\ude4d\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude58\ud835\ude5d\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude59 \ud835\ude3d\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude61\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude6e for their support and in particular the construction of the Fare pote, as well as to the Pacific Beachcomber group and the InterContinental Tahiti group who have supported and hosted us since 2004.<\/p>\n
