Today, 1,180T of waste of all kinds were removed around the Motu Ovini in Faa’a for the World Cleanup Day 2024 ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big thank you to all participants from Intercontinental, Nestle and the members and volunteers of Te mana o te moana for their contribution <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why organizing clean-up actions? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garbage in the wild pollutes the soil and can be a great danger to wildlife : plastic in the digestive system, injuries, entanglement, disruption of the living environment… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All those can be avoided by changing our habits! Together, let’s take care of our Fenua and its biodiversity <\/p>\n\n\n\n
