\n\t\t\tArrival of hatchling green turtles at the care center: welcome to ArcHonu, Tatiavao, and Teiho!\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\"QUI-border\"\n\tIn recent weeks, our care center has welcomed three new young green turtles<\/strong>, freshly hatched from their nests. Originating from Tetiaroa<\/strong> and Rangiroa<\/strong>, these hatchlings were taken in by our team<\/strong> after being found in distress. Today, they are receiving the necessary care in the hope that one day they will return to the ocean in full health<\/strong>.\n

Three stories, one shared goal: giving them a second chance<\/strong><\/h2>\n

ArcHonu (Tetiaroa)<\/h3>\nFound in January 2025<\/strong>, ArcHonu had superficial lesions on her body<\/strong> and a partially missing left front flipper<\/strong>. She is now comfortably settled in the nursery<\/strong>, under close supervision by our team.\n

Tatiavao (Rangiroa)<\/h3>\nNamed after the motu where she was found<\/strong>, Tatiavao was discovered trapped in her nest<\/strong>, weak and without energy. She is now just over two months<\/strong> old and is also enjoying the comfort of the nursery to regain her strength.\n

Teiho (Tetiaroa)<\/h3>\nTeiho, the youngest of the three, is experiencing a delay in absorbing her yolk reserves<\/strong> after hatching. She is currently being cared for in the treatment room<\/strong>, where she will continue to grow for a few more weeks before<\/strong> joining her companions.\n\t\t\t\t\"492052002_1083384557160589_201549038043023416_n\"\n\t\t\t\t\"491053511_1083386767160368_4602435437945479789_n\"\n\t

The nursery: a place for learning and healing<\/strong><\/h2>\nThe nursery<\/strong>, located near the turtle lagoon<\/strong>, is a space specially designed for juvenile turtles in recovery<\/strong>. If you visit our center, you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of ArcHonu and Tatiavao<\/strong> as they learn to thrive in marine life.\nTeiho, for her part, remains out of sight for now<\/strong>, taking the time to regain strength in complete safety.\n
