This project begins in 1990 by\u00a0Henri Cornette de Saint-Cyr and his &#8220;Sailing School of Arue&#8221;, Tahiti. First goal is to offer children that are the most in needs various activities oriented to the sea. For the second time, Te mana o te moana in partnership with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mooreadolphincenter.com\/articles.php\" target=\"_blank\">Moorea Dolphin Center company<\/a> decided to support this initiative in welcoming for free the children for a special visit.
