Nonstandard scientist, director of the researchh projects for the NOAA during many years, she campaigns for the protection of the ocean since her childhood. She remembers that ocean are the cradle of life and that it&#8217;s urgent to preserve it. Her motto : &#8220;no kid left dry&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Mission Blue is a global initiative of the Sylvia Earle Alliance, a 501c3 organization, which was formed in response to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ted.com\/pages\/prizewinner_sylvia_earle\">Sylvia Earle\u2019s 2009 TED Prize<\/a>\u00a0wish.
