The InterContinental has a strict recycling policy that guarantees waste sorting. Cardboard is turned into compost, cans are collected by a charity and other recyclable wastes are given to Fenua Ma.
– The use of 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 to avoid the consumption of plastic bottles.
Plastic bottles are often found in waterways and land in the ocean. This waste turns into microplastic once degraded and heavily pollutes our oceans.
– Minimalist use of air conditioning 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟱°𝗖 to avoid over-consumption of energy.
