Also consultant fom the NOAA agency ( National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) since 1994 and he’s in charge of the Medical and stranding Department from the Marine Mammal Research Program, Hawaii for the Pacific.
He will present actions on cetaceans. A special event not to miss!
