On Saturday the 11th of January, we were very happy to celebrate the inauguration of our new « Fare Pote’e » (traditional tahitian open house) along with the non-profit organisation Puna Reo from Moorea who worked on the creation and construction. This « fare », of which the construction started last November, has a pedagogical vocation : i twill be dedicated to children and will be used during our educational programs, as well as for expositions on the marine environment protection. For the occasion, traditional songs and dances were performed to make this day special and memorable.
The construction of this Fare Pote’e was made possible thanks to the financial support of PBSC Pacific Beach Comber.
