To celebrate the World Oceans Day, the Citizen Movement of the Planet also called “Planet Eco Tours” with its representative Ludovic Bardoux, organized a projection of the cartoon “Mulan” into the gardens of the City hall of Papeete. Te mana o te moana, under the aegis of the “Goold Planet Foundation” associated itself with the “Planet Eco-Tours” to screen the movie “Planet Ocean” from Yann Arthus Bertrand. In the presence of the Minister of Marine Resources Tearii Alpha and with the support of the Mayor of the City of Papeete Michel Buillard, this evening for the oceans was held gathering more than 2 000 people (adults and children). A moment of relaxation where visitors were also able to learn some figures on the state of the world’s oceans …. And where the President of te mana o te moana Phd Cecile Gaspar received the “Natura Fenua” price alongside other associations as “Manu”, « Te ora hau » and « Tamarii pointe des pêcheurs ».
