Rachel shared her experience under a CVD contract (Volunteers for Development) within the association Te mana o te moana during the inauguration of the new Moorea branch of the Employment Agency SEFI in front of the Polynesian President Edouard Fritch, the Minister of Tourism Nicole Bouteau and the SEFI Director Hina Grepin.

The main objective of the Volunteers for Development contract is to promote the adaptation to employment and professional integration of future young Polynesian managers under the age of 30, who are unemployed and hold a diploma.
