Nautilus, which joined the Sea turtle care center in July after a long navigation from Tahaa and which was in critical condition, unfortunately died. Despite the antibiotic treatments, the rehydration and the introduction of food, Nautilus did not survive.
Sometimes, the health of the turtles we receive is so bad that it does not allow us to save them.
Always a difficult moment for our teams.
On a positive note, Okely which joined the Sea turtle care center over a year ago is continuing its progress, for our greatest pleasure !
