Becoming a volunteer at the sea turtle care center :
The law in French Polynesia protects sea turtles since 1990.
The sea turtles we welcome are sick, injured or wanted; they need a careful and strict attention. The contact must be minimized in order to release them as soon as possible. To be volunteer at the sea turtle care center, only the longtime residents (more than one year) are accepted if they are ready to dedicate one morning per week to the turtles.
Volunteering during environmental events :
If you wish to animate a stand and help us to make the children awarded about the necessity to protect our marine environment, you can become an “event” volunteer. You will be contacted whenever an event is set up to join us. You will be trained during a morning at the organization main office on Moorea. The most important skills are the smile…

ou can also help us with th communication, design, app creation or web designs. If you have those kinds of skills, we could contact you for punctual actions. We always need volunteers in those fields.
Si vous avez des connaissances particulières : webmaster, infographie, dessin, vous pouvez aussi nous aider pour des actions ponctuelles. Sur place ou à distance, nous avons toujours besoin de bénévoles dans ces thématiques.
