A baby green turtle from Tetiaroa recently joined the Care center!
Found on the surface of the nest, attacked by a crab, this emerging green turtle has eye injuries and was 28gr and 5.5cm.
Named Hoaka, she is now doing better and the infection in her eye has gone away. The next few weeks will tell us l if her vision is functional.
