Yesterday, we carried out our 4th waste collection of the year on the parking lots of Tahua Motu Ovini in the city of Faa’a.
600kg of waste have been collected including car batteries and tires𝗰, all kinds of plastic waste and bottles…
This waste collection was part of our project Zero pollution in my lagoon with the precious support of Ungestepourlamer.
Mauru’uru roa to all the participants, including Tamarii Sanford from the local association Pahero No Hopeume who came to help out.
A special thank you to Lily who coordinated our waste collections for the past year, always with the smile, and who’s heading out to new adventures.
Last but not least, mauru’uru to the SPIC déchets of the Ville de Faa’a for the logistical support!
