During the school vacation week, we were honored to take part in the 2023 Taure’a Move 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔-𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 morning in the Papearii botanical gardens.
The youngsters were able to benefit from :
- Information on sea turtles in French Polynesia
- Presentation of samples of sea turtle scales and eggshells
- Awareness on sea turtle threats, such as plastic pollution
- Educational games on marine animals and on the environment
